Extensive research and historical knowledge have gone into the creation and modernization of the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity branding. This guide will aid in the development and effectiveness of communications that properly represent the fraternity. INITIATION/NEW MEMBER FEES

Once a chapter has developed a new member (pledge) class, chapter presidents are required to submit the names of each new member via Vault which allows each person to create a Xaipe Connect account. Chapters are then responsible for submitting an Initiation Application to the headquarters to approve which will trigger the initiation/new member fee invoice.

Two to three weeks prior to initiation, chapters are required to submit payment using their OmegaFi Vault account. Failure to fully register new members and submit payment in full prior to the initiation ceremony will result in late fees of $50/new member. This policy is meant to ensure that chapters receive their badges and new member material prior to initiation.

LIABILITY INSURANCE FEES

To have the best fraternal experience possible, chapters and members must be safe. Chapters and members are expected to comply with Fraternity and university policies when hosting events and activities, which are in place to ensure the health and safety of all participants.

Chapters of Alpha Delta Phi are required to maintain proper insurance coverage and do so through a Member Safety Fee each semester. This fee includes standard fraternity chapter liability insurance, directors and officers insurance, and the Member Action Protection Program (MAPP). The fee varies for chapters with and without chapter facilities.

Billing is issued annually on October 1 and are due on November 1. Financing options are available by contacting Holmes Murphy at 800-736-4327.

The total billable membership will be calculated by using the member count on the chapter’s roster on September 1. Billable membership is determined based on the formula: (Active Chapter Membership + Spring Associate Members).
