Each year, the Alpha Delta Phi brings together newly elected chapter leaders from around North America to discuss their responsibilities, exchange ideas and brainstorm with other chapters. The President's Academy sessions will be in person in Minneapolis, MN while the Leadership College events are held virtually.
WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE?
The Alpha Delta Phi Summit is the annual mid-year conference where undergraduate chapter leaders from the United States and Canada convene to learn and practice skills that they can implement at their home chapters during the upcoming academic year.
Each chapter must send at least three (3) brothers - president, treasurer, and recruitment chairman. All undergraduates brothers are invited to attend but are not required. Alpha Delta Phi provides hotel accommodations for one person to attend the President's Academy in person and reimburses travel related expenses to that event.
